Way 3: Recover Notes on iPhone with Recovery Software
Even if you don’t have any backup of your iPhone and can’t find the deleted notes on iPhone, you can still recover deleted notes with a third party software - Jihosoft iPhone Data Recovery. This software can recover deleted contacts, call logs, notes, photos, videos, etc. from iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch directly. What’s more, it won’t cover your existing data on iPhone. And you can preview and select what you want to recover. Just download it on your computer and follow the steps:
Step 1: Launch this software and connect your iPhone to the computer.
Step 2: After the software detects your iPhone, click "Start Scan" to scan all the data (including the deleted ones) on your iPhone.
Step 3: Preview the scan result, choose "Notes" and then click "Recover" to get what you want.
